First of all, it is necessary to make high-quality slurry, which not only has the necessary workability, but also can make the fiber disperse evenly; secondly, the fiber is mixed into the slurry. According to the different forming methods, the premixed process can be divided into premixed pouring process and premixed spraying process.           The spray process overcomes the shortcomings of the conventional GRC production process, such as mesh laying and premixing. The glass fiber can be evenly distributed in the cement mortar in two-dimensional direction according to the predetermined length and content. The GRC with better quality can be obtained. It is suitable for making thin products and has great flexibility in cross-section shaping.
